Formats
An open course, a session at your site or online, a short briefing for leadership, or train-the-trainer. You get the sessions, the slides and worked examples, an attendance record and a completion note.
Certificates
You get a certificate of completion from us, recording the course, the date and who attended. It is not an accreditation, a licence or a qualification, and no course here is described as accredited, certified or government-recognised.
