- A list of fixes in priority order, with the effort each one takes set against what it saves
- An honest list of the gaps, where the data was missing or shaky
- The energy, water, waste and emissions figures you will be asked for, in a form you can hand to whoever prepares the answer: a BRSR Principle 6 disclosure, a GHG Protocol Scope 1 and 2 inventory, or a customer questionnaire
- A plan split into now, soon and later, and a session to walk your team through it
