A fast first look

A quick study of where your product's impact really sits. Fast enough to help you make a decision, and it uses published data wherever your own is missing.

What you get

  • A note of every assumption we made, and how good the data behind it was
  • Our honest view on whether a full study is worth doing

What it is not

This one is not independently reviewed, so it cannot support an EPD or a public comparison against a competitor. If the number has to survive a challenge from outside, use 05 Product Carbon Footprint or 06 LCA (Detailed) instead.

How work is scoped and priced

  • If an advisory question turns out to need one of the services, we quote it as that service rather than bill you advisory hours.
  • Time and price depend on the size and complexity of the site or product, how deep the supply chain goes, how much of your own data already exists, and whether an independent review is included. Each one is quoted in a written proposal before any work starts.
